Story & Philosophy
Nawaf Al Marzooqi began his career as an officer in the UAE Armed Forces, where he learned that reliable service is built on discipline and teamwork. Over more than twenty years he moved across operations, strategy and human capital before focusing on national-scale government service development, guided by a simple belief: the best service is one whose complexity the customer never feels.

At the Ministry of Defence he developed national-level strategy and policy, then led workforce planning and training, before moving on to lead national tax-registration operations.
In recent years he and his team have redesigned service journeys end to end, automated processes and connected data across government entities, cutting transaction times, raising customer satisfaction and delivering measurable returns.
He holds a Master of Quality Management from the University of Wollongong in Dubai and is an ASQ Certified Quality Manager. He also volunteers in knowledge sharing and community training.
Leadership principles
- 01
Simplicity first
Every step the customer doesn't need is a burden to remove.
- 02
Integration makes the difference
Connecting data across entities reveals what isolated processes never will.
- 03
Impact is measured
What isn't measured can't be improved.
- 04
The team is the achievement
A leader succeeds when the team succeeds.
